ANA Brussels is looking for a Passenger-cargo agent for its Operations’ Department
Job description:
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety and security at all times
- Flight preparation and supervision
- Coordinating operations with handling companies (all sections/mainly passenger and cargo)
- Handling flight irregularities in case of delay or cancellation
- Assisting passengers and escorting VIPs
- Communicating with customers in a clear and courteous manner
- Instructing cargo build up plan and coordinating with handling companies
- Airport related administrative work
- Routinely take corrective action and necessary steps to successfully complete difficult tasks
- Takes the initiative to identify problems and to make improvements
- Works in an effective manner with other internal departments and external organisations
- Coordinates to ensure company objectives are met with operational handling companies and head office
Requirements:
- Airport and airline experience is preferred, but not a requirement
- Shift work, including weekends & public holidays
- Fluent in English (Dutch, French and Japanese are an asset)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who works well as part of a team
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to travel abroad occasionally (EU and Japan) Salary & benefits:
