Deloitte Japanese Services Group webinar on EU Pay Transparency Directive
About the Webinar
Pay Transparency legislation is appearing at an accelerated pace across the globe and continues to be the main driver of global pay equity process design.
The EU Pay Transparency Directive (“Directive”) aims to bolster equal pay laws and to help reduce the gender pay gap across Europe, by introducing measures requiring employers to be much more transparent about pay with workers, candidates for jobs and trades unions / works councils. The Directive applies to all employers with workers in an EU member state.
EU Member States have until June 2026 to implement the Directive, but given its wide-ranging nature, the cross-over with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and its impact on a series of key strategic areas for HR, employers should act now.
We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming webinar on the Directive. Our European Legal and Reward teams will be presenting on the following matters:
- Key measures of the Directive.
- Preparing for implementation of the Directive – insight from the German perspective.
- The main challenges currently facing Japanese clients in this area.
- Wider reward and data analytics considerations.
We will also discuss what Japanese clients can do now to prepare for the Directive, as well as the ways we are able to support you through the process.
