The President of the Belgium-Japan Association & Chamber of Commerce, together with the Mayor and the Council of Aldermen of the City of Hasselt, cordially invite you to join us in your thoughts and hearts in the remembrance of March 11, 2011, the day which, even after 10 years, remains in our memories as the moment the worst of Mother Nature and the best of Human Nature encountered.
